Morphology
•  Big lymphocytes with flowery nuclei
•  Also a few smaller, less showy lymphocytes

Immunophenotype
T-cell.

Clinical features
•  Endemic in Japan and Caribbean basin, but seen in US too (especially
   southeastern states).
•  Associated with HTLV-1 infection.
•  Skin lesions, lymphadenopathy, hepatosplenomegaly, hypercalcemia.
•  Very aggressive (mean survival = 8 months).
